Welcome to Zarke ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using Zarke, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.
By accessing or using Zarke, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Zarke is a personal recipe management application that allows you to:
All content and data are stored locally on your device. Zarke does not provide cloud storage, synchronization, or social sharing features.
When you first use the App, an account is automatically created with a unique identifier and a default nickname. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, as your account and data are accessible to anyone with access to your device.
Zarke provides a virtual coin system for internal use within the App. New users receive an initial balance of coins upon registration. Publishing a recipe requires a certain number of coins. These coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed outside of the App.
You retain full ownership of all content you create within the App, including recipes, photos, and other materials. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, recipes, or other content stored within the App.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device damage, loss, theft, software updates, or uninstallation of the App. We recommend that you maintain your own backups of important recipes.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
